Authors from across the globe and from all scientific disciplines to share their research with us. Our platform ensures that your work reaches a broad, relevant audience. Every submission undergoes rigorous peer review and thorough quality checks to maintain the highest standards.

We value diverse contributions across scientific fields and prioritize original, well-presented manuscripts that engage readers in meaningful ways. Research articles should clearly present findings, provide supporting evidence, and explain the methodology leading to the conclusions.

Submission Guidelines

Authors must ensure that their manuscript clearly falls within the aims and scope of the selected journal. Manuscripts that are outside scope or lack sufficient scholarly contribution may be rejected at the initial screening stage.

  • Only original, authentic manuscripts are accepted.
  • Each submission must include a cover letter from the author, listing all co-authors (if any).
  • Proper citation of references is mandatory.

Manuscript Submission Policy

  • Manuscripts must be original, unpublished, and not under consideration elsewhere
  • Submissions must be made through the journal's official submission system.
  • All listed authors must approve the submission and agree to publication policies.
  • Simultaneous submission to multiple journals is strictly prohibited.

Manuscript Preparation

Authors must ensure that manuscripts:

  • Are written in clear, concise, and professional academic English
  • Follow the journal specific formatting and reference style
  • Include the following mandatory sections (where applicable):
  • Title Page
  • Abstract
  • Keywords
  • Introduction
  • Materials & Methods
  • Results
  • Discussion
  • Conclusion
  • Acknowledgements
  • Funding Statement
  • Conflict of Interest Statement
  • References
  • Figures and tables must be clear, properly labeled, and cited in the text.

Authorship Criteria

Authorship should be limited to individuals who have:

  • Made substantial contributions to the conception, design, data acquisition, or analysis
  • Participated in drafting or critically revising the manuscript
  • Approved the final version for publication
  • Agreed to be accountable for all aspects of the work

Guest, ghost, or honorary authorship is strictly prohibited.

Ethical Approval & Research Integrity

For studies involving:

  • Human participants: Approval from an Institutional Ethics Committee and informed consent are mandatory.
  • Animals: Compliance with internationally accepted animal welfare guidelines is required.
  • Authors must clearly state ethical approval details within the manuscript.

Plagiarism & Misconduct Policy

Inventum Publishers enforces a strict anti-plagiarism policy to ensure authenticity and integrity.

  • All submissions undergo plagiarism screening using standard detection tools
  • Plagiarism, data fabrication, falsification, duplicate publication, or image manipulation constitute serious misconduct
  • Proven ethical violations will result in rejection or retraction and notification to institutions where necessary

Inventum Publishers follows COPE (Committee on Publication Ethics) guidelines.

Conflicts of Interest

Authors must disclose any financial, personal, or institutional conflicts of interest that could influence the research or its interpretation. If none exist, authors must explicitly state:

“The authors declare no conflicts of interest.”

Funding Disclosure

All funding sources supporting the research must be clearly disclosed, including grant numbers where applicable. If no funding was received, this must be stated.

Data Availability Statement

Authors are encouraged to provide a data availability statement explaining where and how supporting data can be accessed, or the reason for any restrictions.

Copyright & Licensing

  • Authors retain copyright of their published work.
  • Articles are published under an open access license specified by the journal.
  • Proper attribution is required for reuse, distribution, or reproduction.

Open Access Policy

Inventum Publishers is committed to providing free and unlimited access to all published content. By adopting an open access model, we ensure that scientific knowledge is widely available to researchers, professionals, and the public without subscription barriers, fostering transparency, collaboration, and the global exchange of ideas.

All articles published by Inventum Publishers are:

  • Freely accessible immediately upon publication.
  • Available without subscription or paywall.
  • Permanently archived for long-term preservation.

Article Processing Charges (APC)

Inventum Publishers operates under a transparent, ethical, and author centric open access publishing model. Article Processing Charges (APCs) are used solely to support the costs associated with high quality scholarly publishing and dissemination. APCs are requested only after the manuscript is formally accepted. Editorial decisions are completely independent of APC payments. APC may vary based on the type of manuscript and the country Income Level.

APCs support the following publishing services:

  • Editorial screening and manuscript handling.
  • Independent peer-review management.
  • Copyediting, typesetting, and formatting.
  • Online hosting and permanent archiving.
  • DOI assignment and metadata management.
  • Indexing preparation and long term preservation.
  • Open access availability without subscription barriers.

Waivers & Discounts

Inventum Publishers is committed to inclusive and equitable publishing. APC waivers or discounts may be considered for:

  • Authors from low and lower middle income countries
  • Early career researchers (on request)
  • Invited articles, editorials, or special issues
  • Exceptional academic merit at editorial discretion

Waiver requests must be submitted before or immediately after acceptance.

Refund Policy

  • APCs are non refundable after publication.
  • If a manuscript is withdrawn before peer review, no APC is applicable.
  • In rare cases of withdrawal after acceptance, refunds (if any) are handled on a case by case basis as per the Withdrawal Policy.

Transparency & Ethics

  • APC information is publicly available and clearly communicated.
  • Inventum Publishers does not engage in hidden charges.
  • No fast track or guaranteed acceptance options are offered.

Inventum Publishers adheres to COPE principles, DOAJ transparency requirements, and best practices in open access publishing.

Post-Publication Policies

  • Errors may be corrected through corrigenda or errata.
  • Serious ethical issues may result in retraction.
  • Reader comments, concerns, or appeals are handled transparently.

Manuscript Withdrawal Policy

Inventum Publishers recognizes that authors may occasionally need to withdraw a submitted manuscript. To ensure transparency, fairness, and integrity of the scholarly record, the following withdrawal policy applies.

Withdrawal Before Peer Review

  • Authors may request withdrawal before the manuscript enters peer review without penalty.
  • The request must be made in writing by the corresponding author.
  • Confirmation of withdrawal will be provided once processing is complete.

Withdrawal During Peer Review

  • Withdrawal requests during active peer review are discouraged, as they involve editorial and reviewer resources.
  • Such requests must include a valid and clearly stated reason.
  • Inventum Publishers reserves the right to evaluate the request on a case by case basis.

Withdrawal After Acceptance

  • Withdrawal after acceptance is strongly discouraged.
  • If a manuscript is withdrawn at this stage: An administrative or processing fee may be applied.
  • Future submissions from the authors may be subject to additional scrutiny.

Withdrawal After Publication

  • Once an article is published, withdrawal is not permitted.
  • Published articles form part of the permanent scholarly record.
  • Serious issues post publication will be handled through: Corrections (Erratum / Corrigendum), Expressions of Concern, Retractions (in accordance with COPE guidelines).

Ethical Considerations

  • Withdrawal requests intended to avoid peer review outcomes, plagiarism detection, or ethical investigation are considered misconduct.
  • Duplicate submission following withdrawal without formal confirmation is strictly prohibited.

How to Request Withdrawal

All withdrawal requests must be submitted by the corresponding author via the official journal communication channel and must include:

  • Manuscript ID
  • Title of the manuscript
  • Reason for withdrawal
  • Written consent of all co authors (if requested)
