At Inventum Publishers, we recognize that financial barriers should never prevent the dissemination of important scientific research. To uphold our commitment to accessibility and excellence, we provide several forms of support for authors.

For those unable to meet publication costs, financial grants may be awarded upon request. Authors seeking assistance are expected to submit a formal cover letter to the Editorial Manager before their manuscript enters the review process.

In addition, we honour exceptional contributions through scholarships. These are reserved for researchers whose work demonstrates significant scholarly impact and originality. Scholarship recipients are nominated by members of the editorial board and may also be invited to present their findings at our conferences, further promoting visibility and collaboration within the scientific community.

Recognizing that many researchers operate without institutional or financial backing, we also offer conditional waivers. These may be partial or full, depending on individual circumstances, and must be requested prior to submission. Applicants are required to provide details of their manuscript, the corresponding author’s affiliation, the type of waiver sought, and a clear explanation of financial need. Certification from an authorized university representative is mandatory to validate the request.
